A week or so ago I ordered 2 pr of odd sized exterior shutters in a Green color. Today is Nov 12 and I just received them unpacked them and they look WONDERFUL!!! The size is PERFECT.

I did not see any place to rate your products but we received our Legends vinyl shutters today and by this afternoon had them put up. They are so beautiful. The wood grain is as you described them very authentic looking and the delivery was prompt and packed nicely so that everything arrived in great shape with the hardware attached.
We love them even more than we had anticipated and would have liked to had a space to rate this product. My wife and I would give them a 5 star rating and your business the same. Warranty and Return Policy
Legend Select Shutters provide a lifetime, limited warranty.
AGI group, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that all Legends Vinyl exterior shutters purchased from AGI Group, Inc. will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime.
The warranty is very simple. If you find a defect in materials or workmanship, send your complaint to customerservice@agigroup.com or call 888-795-9441. AGI Group will provide a return authorization and replace the defective shutters promptly at no cost to you.
We will need you to return the defective shutters, freight prepaid, so we can correct the problem for future orders.
Please be aware AGI Group, Inc. will not accept the return of any custom-made or stock-size Legends vinyl shutters. We work hard to insure you have the necessary product information to make an informed ordering decision. However, if you have any questions, please call 888-795-9441 to receive the answers to all of your questions.
One more item of fairness, AGI Group will carry the ball on repairing or replacing a faulty product; however, we won’t be responsible for removal of installed product or the cost to install product.
