If you receive your order and simply want to return it, send your request to: CustomerService@AGIgroup.com or call 800-823-6677. AGI Group will provide a return authorization for return. We require that you return the shutters in good condition in the original packaging at your expense. Once the shutters have been received and inspected, you will receive a full credit less a 10% handling charge.
AGI group, Inc. warrants, to the original purchaser, that all Legends Rigid Vinyl exterior shutters purchased from AGI Group, Inc. will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime.
The warranty is very simple. If you find a defect in materials or workmanship, send your complaint to customerservice@agigroup.com or call 800-823-6677. AGI Group will provide a return authorization and replace the defective shutters promptly at no cost to you. We will need you to return the defective shutters so we can correct the problem for future orders.
