AGI Group, Inc., in its continuing promise to our customers, has added a new exterior decorative product. The PolyLite exterior shutter is available in Louvered, Raised panel and Board and Batten styles.
The PolyLite product is a molded, specially formulated polyurethane rigid foam that produces a stable, insect proof, rot-free, sun-resistant, paintable shutter. The PolyLite Shutter carries a 10-year warranty, is primed on the front and sides, is lightweight, textured like wood, can be hinged for that dramatic traditional shutter look and can be painted using any quality water- or oil-base paint.
The PolyLite Shutter is the inexpensive solution to obtain that real-wood look for your home or office. The solid construction leaves no place for bugs to hide behind, yet is strong enough to be hinged with real operating hinges and "S"-style holdbacks.
Available in the popular 14" and 18" widths and in heights from 31" to 79", you will find a size that fits most needs.
Paint the PolyLite Shutters with the same paint used for the trim on your home for that real custom look. Your neighbors will think you spent a fortune. I won't tell them how economical they were.
PolyLite panels are sized as ordered. The Louvered and Raised panels are approximately 1" thick with the rabbit detail found on very expensive wood shutters. The Board and Batten shutters are 3/4" thick plus the Batten to 1-1/2". The wood-grain finish will fool even the most experienced wood worker.
The optional Hinge Kits include the proper number of hinges for your shutter plus two "S"-style hold backs. The metal is stainless steel with a matte Black, powder-coat finish. When you install using the hinge kits, the shutters will provide the best most dramatic finish to your home. You won't need any nylon mounting screws.
The mounting screws are a nylon push-style fastener that is primed and ready for the paint color of your choice. The mounting screws are to be used when you are surface mounting the PolyLite panels directly to an exterior flat surface. You won't need any hinge kits when using the mounting screws.
The PolyLite Shutters are shipped in 2-4 weeks from date of order. Most orders can be shipped via Fed Ex, or UPS ground. The larger size shutters may require truck shipping at additional cost. We will provide a quote for your review and approval for any truck shipping charges.
