Returns

PLEASE NOTE: There are no returns on custom shutter products. Custom products were made specifically for your order and we cannot accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with Legends Standard Size or Value Vinyl Shutters, they can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All other Vinyl Shutters are custom-made to order, and are non-refundable.

Shutter Hardware Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please see below for exceptions. To qualify for a return, please note the following:

• Product must be unused, clean and not damaged
• Product must be returned in original packaging with materials intact
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• A 20% restocking fees applies to all shutter hardware.

Return Process

To return a product, the above conditions must be met. Furthermore, we require that all returns follow these instructions for proper processing:

• Call 1-888-795-9441 or email customerservice@legendslifestyle.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please include your order # with all correspondence
• Warehouse must receive item within 15 days of an RA# being issued.
• Report via phone 1-888-795-9441 or email customerservice@legendslifestyle.com a tracking number to customer service. Please include your order # with all correspondence
• Items returned without an RA number cannot be credited.

Refunds

All credits will be issued after receipt of returned items and warehouse inspection approval. 

Cancellation

If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, we consider it a return and the above policies apply. Once a custom shutter product order is in the process of being manufactured, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
