Important: The vinyl shutter product is an economical molded product which may vary in size by a 1/4". The product is intended to be seen from a normal viewing distance one would expect in most installations. The normal viewing distance of 10 ft. or more makes such minor size differences invisible. Take note that the elliptical and quarter round arch tops are available in specific widths. Panel widths may be ordered different than the arch chosen. IE a 14-1/2" panel with a 14-3/4" wide arch will have approx. 1/8" overlap of the panel on each side. This difference is usually unnoticed a normal viewing distances of 10 ft. or more. Be advised we won't accept returns of any custom-made product based on the slight difference. If this 1/8" overlap is bothersome to you I would recommend you consider the Stonefield or Fiberglass custom shutters. |
