RETURNS
30 Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt - see below for exceptions. To qualify for a return, please note the following:
• Product must be unused, clean and not damaged
• Product must be returned in original packaging with materials intact
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fees applies to the following category of products: including Mid America STOCK-SIZE shutters and Legends BUDGET shutters; all hardware.
• No Return Items: There are no returns on any custom shutter products. Custom products were made specifically for your order and we cannot accept a return. Legends Select Custom and Stock-Size shutters are not returnable.
Return Process: To return a product, the above conditions must be met. Furthermore, we require that all returns follow these instructions for proper processing:
Call 1-888-795-9441 or email customerservice@agigroup.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please include your order # with all correspondence
Warehouse must receive item within 15 days of an RA# being issued.
Report via phone 1-888-795-9441 or email customerservice@agigroup.com a tracking number to customer service.l Please include your order # with all correspondence
Items returned without an RA number cannot be credited.
Refunds: All credits will be issued after receipt of returned items and warehouse inspection approval.
Cancellations: If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.
WARRANTY
AGI group, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that all exterior shutters purchased from AGI Group, Inc. will be free from defects in material and workmanship for three years on aluminum and one year on wood exterior shutters and up to lifetime on exterior vinyl shutters.
The warranty is based on individual warranties provided by the manufacturers of the specific product ordered. The limited warranties from each manufacturer are available on request.
Limitations and exclusions of warranty: Except as set forth in this document AGI Group, Inc. relies on the warranty provided by the manufacturer of each product. AGI Group, Inc. does not and will not provide any warranty for the products sold beyond what the individual manufacturer provides.
Important: The Mid-America vinyl shutter product is an economical molded product which may vary in size by a 1/4" to as much as a 1/2". The product is intended to be viewed from a distance one would expect in most installations. The normal viewing distance of 10' or more makes such minor size differences not noticeable.
