Legends Direct warrants that its composite shutters will not split, chip, dent, rust, warp or rot 20 Years from date of purchase by the original consumer (“purchaser”) providing the purchaser owns the home on which the product was initially installed. Legends Composite Shutter original finish is warranted to the purchaser to be free of manufacturing defects and will not excessively fade. Legends Direct will not be held responsible for normal weathering of any painted surface.

Product Defects

Provided the defective shutter or louver is returned freight prepaid, Legends Direct will promptly evaluate the product claim and either repair or replace the product at the discretion of Legends Direct.

Legends Direct will not be responsible for incidental charges including, but not limited to, the cost of removal and re-installation of said shutters or louvers that are subject of warranty claims.

Legends Direct must be allowed reasonable opportunity to determine and fulfill its obligations under this limited warranty before others make any repairs. Legends Direct expressly disavows any responsibility for repairs made by any third party.

Any claim under this warranty must be made in writing 30 days after discovery of defect to:
